Our Preferred Preparation for Pork Breakfast Sausage

For the best flavour, we recommend defrosting your pork sausages in advance of your next big breakfast. Once defrosted, fry your breakfast sausages on a medium-hot pan (preferably non-stick) for a couple minutes on each side.
